What's it all about: The Edge Masterclass
The crowdfunding campaign has one offer: The Edge Masterclass.
It's based on the book that we published last year in Danish (Smådriftsfordele / Economies of Small), which has given us the privilege of giving talks at great scenes, guesting on nationwide radio shows and niche podcasts, discussing size and sufficiency strategies with business leaders, publicly debating conventional lobbyist organizations, and much more.

We are taking the theory and method and bringing them together into a working system, including frameworks, tools, exercises, and a process to help you build a small and mighty business that uses its edge to drive a radical green transition proactively.

Timeline and Your Bonuses
We have divided the crowdfunding campaign into 3 phases over the next 6-9 months.
As we finish up the lessons and tools, you get access to them when you support the crowdfunding. Now, the first Workshop Kit is ready, and the Edge Playbook & Toolkit is too.
The earlier you choose to support, the better bonuses you get. The more people who choose to support, the earlier we can finish the entire Masterclass.
Phase 1: The Next 7 days: 60% discount for the earliest early-birds
Here, we kick off the campaign. If you choose to support within the next week (Jan 28 - Feb 4), you will get:
· 60% discount: From a $399 regular price to $159 for the on-demand Masterclass.
· Learning in 6-week-cohorts of max. 40 people, incl. one weekly live session w. Marcus and/or Oscar. We record the sessions so you can watch them later. Read more in the FAQ. The normal price is $599, and you still get it for $160. Cohort is only available for the earliest early birds here in Phase 1.
Phase 2: February to early June: 50% for the middle
We lay low while on paternity leave, and when Oscar returns in March, he will finish up the first things and share them with the early supporters. If you join in this period, you get:
· 50% discount
· A bonus, we will disclose in June.
Phase 3: July - September/October: 40% for the last sprint
In June, more lessons will be ready, and we can set the deadline for the launch of the entire Edge Masterclass. And then, we create the remaining lessons. Here, you get:

Here is the goal, and what it means for you, and for us
This crowdfunding campaign will determine the future of the business. Here's why and how:
House of Small has not yet been able to pay us reasonable Danish part-time salaries for the part-time work we do. Primarily because we have spent most of our time researching, experimenting, and writing - and that does not pay any bills. But now, with more talks booked and the launch of the Edge Playbook in November being our best launch yet, we are getting closer.
We will share more about our budget and operations in a future email; for now, it's enough to say that this is the campaign to take us to the next small, important step.
The Goal: Part-time Breakeven: 300x Masterclass sold
What it means for you:
We write up an Edge Playbook II with 10 new cases and add it to the Masterclass.
What it means for House of Small:
Since the business can then pay us a (Danish) fair wage for working part-time, we can build on the current foundation. We keep the free newsletter alive and maintain the online resources. At the same time, we explore other (primarily local) offerings we can add to the mix to turn this into a full-time business within 1.5 - 2 years.
Lastly, we need to say:
We will deliver The Edge Masterclass no matter what. The question is only how fast we can finish it and whether we can add extras.
House of Small will not close if we go below 300. But if we do so, we will change quite a lot.
Also, we have another goal hidden in the drawer. One that's about us going full-time sooner. But let's get to 300 first.
